You agree that Your use of Beta Services will be at Your sole discretion.The user agrees to keep all information related to beta features confidential and shall not disclose, publish, or share any details without prior written consent from Aspeeria. These have been further explained in the Confidentiality Statement & Usability Testing Consent Form.Beta Services may have inaccuracies or incompleteness and we assume no responsibility nor obligations for (1) errors or inaccuracies of Content, (2) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, resulting from Your access and use of the website and web application, (3) any unauthorized access or use of our Services and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (4) reliability or availability of transmission to or from the website, and/or (5) service level, support and security measures and these may change at any time.Specific information on Incentive for Participation1. To be included in the beta testing, participants must first sign up for the newsletter. They must complete the Confidentiality Statement and then, they can proceed to book a 1:1 Usability Testing via Google Meet. They must perform the Usability Testing and submit their Post-Task Questionnaire Answers. Users are allowed to leave at any time and withdraw from the Usability Testing but those users who leave will not receive the incentive.2. Participants who will refer a friend may get an additional incentive after their friend a) signs up for the newsletter and follows Aspeeria Facebook page, AND b) signs up for the Usability Testing. The friend who was referred may also receive an incentive if they fully complete the Usability Testing.3. The number of participants required to complete the Usability Testing is 12 people. The last person (12th participant) who will perform the Usability Testing and submit their Post-Task Questionnaire Answers may also receive the additional incentive if they will refer a friend to sign up for the newsletter and follow Aspeeria on Facebook.Specific information on Beta UsageIn beta, the free 14-day trial will not yet apply to your Usage. You may use the Services for as long as the beta test is ongoing.You have unlimited rights to: view the dashboard; perform job searches (subject to the availability of our AI & ML providers); perform company searches; update your profile; receive newsletter and view the archives; connect with us on social media.In beta, You are given a maximum total of 10 job Preparation, non-cumulative. When you reach that limit, you will still be able to save jobs but will not be able to Prepare for them. When beta ends for this feature, your account will be subject to the free 14-day trial.
